What Earthwon Does
Project Management
Earthwon is not a traditional project management system and does not produce project timeline (GANT) charts. Rather, Earthwon manages projects in relation to work, data and documents by enabling the auditing of work, current or past. Earthwon allows users, such as supervisors, to track current and remaining tasks for projects, showing the current status of a process and who is responsible to complete the work. Earthwon also effectively manages multi-year projects and related “child” projects.
Earthwon enables the tracking of expenses and time related to specific processes in order to report on or find efficiencies within processes. This can help identify bottlenecks or difficulties in a business process that need to be improved. These process improvements can then be configured into Earthwon.
Earthwon also enables stakeholders to be involved collaboratively in the work process. Stakeholders or citizens can participate in the work, or have “read only” privileges of select information. Earthwon can be used to show as much or as little detail as required; this is often determined by business need or legislation.
